You can book 24/7 online via the GBC Portal or call 0212 936 09 26. See availability instantly and confirm your hourly or daily slot right away.
What capacities are available?
We offer six different rooms, from six-person meeting rooms (T2, T3) to combined halls reaching 100 people. T1 holds 60, T4 holds 12 (VIP), and T5 and T6 hold 50 each; T5+T6 can be combined into a 100-person event space.
What equipment is in the meeting rooms?
4K projection/LCD display, video conferencing system, AirPlay-enabled wireless connectivity, whiteboard/flipchart, high-speed WiFi and a professional sound system in large halls come as standard.
Is the video conferencing system in every room?
Yes. All GBC meeting rooms have a video conferencing system equipped with a high-quality camera and microphone; you can connect your remote participants seamlessly.
Are refreshments included?
Tea, coffee and water are included with every reservation. More comprehensive catering (lunch, refreshments) needs can be added optionally at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Under our flexible cancellation policy, you can cancel or reschedule a reasonable time before the reservation. Contact our team for details.
