Short Answer: How Much Does a Meeting Room Cost in Istanbul?
On weekdays during business hours, with our current 50% daytime discount, a 6-person meeting room starts at 600 TRY per hour + VAT. Our largest combined hall for 80 people is 3,500 TRY per hour + VAT. Three things set the price: room capacity, time slot and day of the week.

What Drives the Price?
1. Capacity
Room size is the biggest factor. A 40-person room costs more than three times a 6-person room per hour. Booking a room much larger than your group inflates the budget and makes a small meeting feel empty, so pick the capacity closest to your headcount.
2. Time slot
Weekday daytime is by far the most affordable slot thanks to the 50% discount. After 18:00 the discount no longer applies, so a 6-person room costs roughly 2.4 times its daytime rate in the evening. If your schedule is flexible, moving the meeting to daytime has a direct impact on cost.
Bookings that start in the afternoon and run into the evening are charged per slot. A meeting from 16:00 to 20:00, for example, is billed as two daytime hours and two evening hours.
3. Day of the week
Weekend rates are close to weekday evening rates. If you're planning a Saturday workshop, training or launch, build that into your budget from the start.

- Client meeting, 4 people, weekday 10:00–12:00: Prag, 2 hours × 600 TRY = 1,200 TRY + VAT
- Board meeting, 10 people, weekday 14:00–17:00: Paris, 3 hours × 900 TRY = 2,700 TRY + VAT
- Training session, 30 people, weekday 09:00–13:00: Roma, 4 hours × 2,000 TRY = 8,000 TRY + VAT
- Evening event, 8 people, 18:00–20:00: Paris, 2 hours × 2,340 TRY = 4,680 TRY + VAT
The last two examples show the effect of the time slot: holding the same 8-person meeting during the day instead of the evening cuts the cost by more than half.
